Inventory Software Recommendation: Part 4

First, I would like to share a news with everyone here. Last week Chronos eStockCard inventory software has released the latest version which is v3.3.2. If you haven't updated to the latest one, you can go to the download page here to get the latest version.

In my previous 2 posts, I have introduced the complete inventory solution - Chronos eStockCard v3 Premier Edition and the powerful warehouse inventory system - Chronos eStockCard v3 Warehouse Edition. So today I'm going to briefly go through their last product - Chronos eStockCard v3 Mobile Edition.

This Mobile Edition is considered as a new product which was launched in last year June. For me it's like a mini version of Warehouse Edition. The features that we can get here is IN, Stock Transfer, Cycle Count, OUT & Stock Info. Please refer to the screenshot below to see the main screen.

 

IN - For storing items.
Stock Transfer - Transfer of stock by scanning on the old location to the new location.
Cycle Count - For stock checking purpose
OUT - Manage outgoing inventory
Stock Info - Supply instant information of the stock via the eStockCard Serial Nos

Inventory Software Recommendation: Part 3

Time flies and April is here. I hope you enjoy my post last week about the warehouse inventory management system. Today I will continue my topic on Chronos eStockCard Inventory Software.

The version that I'm going to talk about is Chronos eStockCard v3 Premier Edition. It can be considered as a complete business solution. The Premier Edition comes with something extra which are the Sales & Purchasing modules. It means that other than using this software for inventory management, you can use it to issue Sales and Purchasing documents such as Quotation, Sales Order, Invoice, Delivery Order, Purchase Order and so on.

Sales

Sales module consists of Sales Quotation, Sales Order, Picking List, Packing, Shipping, Sales Return, Receive Payment, Invoice, Delivery Order and Cash Sales.


Purchasing

Purchase modules consists of Purchase Order, Goods Receiving, Purchase Bill, Purchase Payment and Goods Return.


Inventory

Inventory module consists of IN, Stock Transfer, Cycle Count, Lock, Unlock and OUT.


The cost for Premier Edition is USD 599.00 per license. The price difference with the Warehouse Edition is just USD 100.00 so I would suggest to pay the extra 100 bucks then you can enjoy all the features.
